About Us
Kind Teas is a caffeine-free hand-crafted small‑batched herbal tea brand created to bring comfort, calm, and connection into everyday life. Rooted in Surrey, the business began as a personal wellbeing project and has grown into a regulated, fully functioning tearoom producing handcrafted blends with care and intention, with something for everyone at the table.
Our Journey
What started in a home kitchen quickly gained momentum through word of mouth and strong community support. A Reigate & Banstead grant enabled the transformation of a small box room into a compliant production space, laying the foundation for growth across online platforms, markets, and retail partners. This progress was further strengthened by winning the Entrepreneur Academy Programme 2026 through Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, allowing Kind Teas to focus on scaling and delivering beautiful blends to customers and companies throughout the UK.

Kind Teas is founder‑led, with all blending, production, branding, customer experience, and operations overseen in‑house, supported by trusted suppliers and local business networks.

At Kind Teas, we source whole-leaf botanicals from trusted growers worldwide, selected for their quality and natural character. We avoid the use of tea dust, fillers, or artificial flavouring, prioritizing full-size leaves and vibrant herbs from seasonal harvests.
Our ingredients are prepared through traditional techniques such as hand-rolling and air-drying to help preserve their natural flavours. For full transparency, every ingredient is listed in our glossary, allowing you to steep with confidence and enjoy a mindful tea experience
